Rico and Tony met in 1978 when their families moved to Arizona. Rico's family from Boston and Tony's from New York. They were involved in a commercial real estate transaction and became fast friends. While other people their age were out at nightclubs, Rico and Tony would be out dining at many different restaurants trying out all different types of cuisines. They're common passion for food and wine has kept their friendship going for over 45 years. Rico and Tony decided a few years ago to bring these wonderful Mediterranean recipes to the public. Their delicious Italian peppers come from Rico's grandfather in Sicily and the delicious homemade tomato sauces from Tony's Family in Naples.
